Iaijutsu - Bangai no Bu - HAYANAMI, RAIDEN, JINREI

Bangai no Bu were added to the Eishin Ryu curriculum by Oe Masamichi. They are combinations of Okuden Suwariwaza and Okuden tachiwaza techniques

Eishin Ryu Batto-ho - SHIHOTO SONO ICHI



















Shihoto sono Ni is the 6th move of the Eishin
Ryu Batto-ho. This set of techniques was introduced in 1939 by Kono
Hyakuren, 20th Soke of the main line of Muso Jikiden
Eishin Ryu, at the request of the Dai Nihon Butou Kai, to instruct
officers of the Japanese Navy in the proper method of sword drawing
and handling.




The
Batto-ho techniques are inspired by the older Koryu kata of MJER.



This

the 20th century of several Japanese masters demonstrating their Art.

SHATTO is the 4th move of the Eishin Ryu Batto-ho. This set of 12 techniques was introduced in 1939 by Kono Hyakuren, 20th Soke of the main line of Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu, at the request of the Dai Nihon Butou Kai, to instruct officers of the Japanese Navy in the proper method of sword drawing and handling.
